If so, iCrossing is looking for a Senior Account Director in our Los Angeles office to lead a significant digital marketing client relationship.
The iCrossing client service team is committed to developing and achieving client objectives and becoming the trusted advisor for our clients? digital marketing needs. As a Senior Account Director, you are focused on leading and developing positive client relationships at the highest levels, overall client satisfaction to achieve revenue growth of Agency of Record (AOR) relationships.
The Senior Account Director must be able to manage large, high profile accounts with revenue exceeding $5MM. He/she must leverage prior knowledge and experience from project to project, identify common goals and ensure quality deliverables to clients that are aligned with client objectives, strategy and organization. The Sr. AD is responsible for best practices within each client relationship.
As an Senior Account Director you must be a driver of change, a solution-oriented thinker, understand the depth and breadth of iCrossing services, and be able to advise this client?s team, including our internal agency principals, on strategies to meet client marketing objectives. You will be responsible for overseeing and reviewing client business plans, including strategy recommendations and budget forecasts across monthly, quarterly and annual timeframes. You must be able to manage a growing client Account Team to ensure new business, project management and revenue management to accurately price and deliver the full scope of work. Finally, you will act as the point of escalation for client issues and deliverable expectations.
For this particular opportunity, our ideal candidate has multiple years of experience as the client partner to a Fortune 500 company focused on a B2B audience. They must have a deep level of marketing knowledge and understanding of digital marketing and media including: strategy & planning, brand & creative, performance media, SEM, SEO, and analytics. Our client will be embarking on a new and significant integrated advertising effort across a multi-year commitment. This role will require additional skillsets in managing a complex organization through dynamic change, such as potential market/product expansions, offline marketing integration and education of executive-level stakeholders to the promise of digital marketing.
BA or BS from an accredited school; MBA preferred
8+ years of account management in digital marketing within an Agency and/or Consulting Services environment
Proven ability to navigate large client organizations and experience with large brands
Excellent track record of client relationship-building strategies and tactics
Thorough understanding of digital marketing across all channels and proven ability to assist client with digital campaign planning and review
Understanding of offline marketing techniques including Print, Out of Home, Sponsorship, et al.
Creative thinking and seeking innovative solutions to complex technical/business problems
Experience in the Financial Services industry a plus
Ability to represent and promote iCrossing in a professional manner and demonstrate value added service to clients
Ability to develop and motivate Strategic, Creative, Media and Technical teams and assist with the integration of the Client Services group within iCrossing
Superior written and verbal communication skills and outstanding presentation abilities
