Senior Account Director Black Arrow

BlackArrow seeks a highly motivated Senior Account Director for our growing Client Services team. The Sr. Account Director will be the primary point of contact for BlackArrow?s tier 1 clients. He or she will establish strategic and effective relationships at various levels across a range of business functions within the client?s organization including: engineering, product management, ad operations and ad sales and present a unified face of BlackArrow. This role will play a very active part in rolling out BlackArrow?s advanced advertising platform while identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic account plans. The Sr. Account Director will also work closely with multiple internal functions at BlackArrow including product and engineering in order to developed thoughtful, customized client upsell proposals, roadmap presentations, etc. The Sr. Account Director must develop a comprehensive understanding of the BlackArrow product suites and stay on top of the details of complex projects.
Responsibilities:
Partner with BlackArrow product, engineering, client services and ops team to ensure quality and the delivery of projects according to schedule
Work with client services engineers to develop and communicate project timelines
Serve as an escalation point for all client issues
Provide and share key learning?s and best practices to your peers
Ownership and accountability for extending the BlackArrow advanced advertising product suite to new platforms and device types at BlackArrow?s tier 1 customers
Partner with BlackArrow product, engineering, sales as well as our customers and technology partners to determine new platform and device requirements.
Develop thoughtful customer presentations utilizing BlackArrow product marketing materials as well as customized slides tailored for specific environments and audiences
Always deliver the highest level of customer service and present BlackArrow in a compelling, positive and professional way
Serve as an industry thought leader in advanced advertising, particularly time shifted video and addressable linear television
Accurately forecast and help client services efficiently allocate resources to drive profitable business results
Minimum Qualifications:
Thorough knowledge of the advanced advertising eco-system, ad sales system workflows, trafficking system workflows, key metrics, etc.
5+ years of professional experience working for top tier technology or media companies in a or account management/director (must be technically oriented), sales engineering, solutions consultant, professional services, technology management or ad ops role. Demonstrated ability to write and present requirements to technical and non-technical audiences
Highly effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work with executives to translate their ideas into technical specifications
Extensive professional experience in developing products, technologies, and platforms with dynamic, high-scale Internet companies
Requires BA/BS, or equivalent experience, MBA preferred
