Brief Description
This individual contributor will represent the company and will sell the EndPlay Platform Solution directly or via partners (e.g. Agency) to named accounts/non-named accounts for the Media & Entertainment Vertical for the East Coast territory.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities
Sell software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing rolodex
Grow the assigned territory by identifying new sales opportunity, qualify and close them
Cold calling, prospecting, networking for new opportunities
Building a strong pipeline of prospects in need of EndPlay's services & solutions
Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning
Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition
Full creation, development and ownership of sales proposals and manage entire sales process and cycles
Meet with stakeholders within accounts
Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale
Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers
Participate in any trade shows / partner's events based on the company's need
Performs other duties as assigned including working closely with marketing and product development teams
Promoting the EndPlay brand.
Necessary Requirements & Skills
7-10 years of sales experience
5+ years experience of proven success selling into Media & Entertainment companies
Leading contributor individually and as a team member with proven track record
Previous experience selling into Global Media & Entertainment companies (example target companies could include Time Warner, Thomson Reuters Corp, News Corporation, NY Times Company, NBC Universal, Comcast, Hearst, Viacom, Conde Nast Publications / Advance Internet, Walt Disney Company (ABC/ESPN), Universal Music Group, Warner Music, Sony Entertainment)
Knowledge of CRM and other sales tools a requirement (Saleforce.com, Marketo, Jigsaw)
Successful sales track record
Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of EndPlay's competitors
Interaction with C-level players
Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills
Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers
Self-motivated, overachiever
Travel may be required.
