AdParlor, a business unit of Adknowledge, Inc., and a Facebook-endorsed Strategic Preferred Marketing Development (sPMD) partner is the global leader that operates a platform to manage large Facebook Advertising campaigns. We offer a full-service managed solution as well as a self-service (Pulse) solution for buying and optimizing Facebook Ads for the majority of the large spenders on the platform. We work with all kinds of advertisers ? including large brands & agencies, social gaming companies, and ecommerce sites.
The team is comprised of Account Executives located in New York, Toronto, Chicago, Kansas City, San Francisco, Los Angeles and various countries outside North America. Close collaboration with teammates as well as Account Management, Sales Operations and Marketing is an integral part of success for the Senior Account Executive. This position reports to the Vice President of Sales, Americas.
This newly created role will work with AdParlor?s management, plus the Adknowledge sales team, to dramatically ramp up revenue from the Performance Marketing vertical including: Game Developers, eCommerce and pure Direct Response advertisers for AdParlor in North America. Primary duties include:
Sales Strategy & Approach: Generate innovative ideas for how to ramp AdParlor sales rapidly. Prioritize these and turn them into tangible sales structure and pipeline.
Vertical Building: Work the Performance Marketing vertical to identify and efficiently onboard the largest direct response-focused advertisers - and their campaigns in best position to perform - to the AdParlor platform.
Continually renewed mastery of the AdParlor API and Facebook Advertising platforms.
Adknowledge Sales Coordination: Work with Adknowledge?s Strategic Sales and Sales Operations teams to ensure all priority markets and advertisers are contacted and served effectively.
Planning & Reporting: Own sales planning, reporting and ad hoc analysis to drive insight, discipline and revenue growth.
Networking: Attend key events and/or make speeches to generate leads and keep the AdParlor profile as the best, most innovative, highest ROI social advertising platform.
Average 2-3 trips per month to other major cities, plus product and process training trips to Toronto and Kansas City.
The successful candidate will be an inspiring and confident leader with at least:
3-5+ years selling online media with a proven ?quota crushing? track record. Ad tech, Publisher/DSP, ad network sales experience is a plus.
Industry experience in online media sales, with a deep knowledge of social advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) and performance marketing disciplines.
Deep relationships with many of the key Direct Response advertising decisions makers in the space
Sharp commercial acumen, capable of thinking through various possible business models, pricing options and how these impact company revenue and client media ROI.
Competent in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Salesforce.com and major ad serving platforms.
