THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Through sales and marketing efforts, this position increases CDI's/ Insight?s volume and market share in defined market(s). The senior account executive will assume ownership and leadership responsibilities for defined market revenue and volume growth, in addition to growing and strengthening CDI?s/ Insight?s existing customer relationships. This position will also function in a leadership role in the sales organization.
This position is a full-time Senior Account Executive in the Orlando, Florida market. Previous sales management experience is strongly preferred.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
?Champions the values and builds the culture to support the goals of the organization while fostering an environment where customer service is a priority
?Develops target market and segmentation plan by product line for defined market
?Partners with VP Operations to develop and execute strategic marketing and territory plans to ensure profitable growth and increased market share
?Takes leadership role in identifying key strategic customers for business development opportunities and works with VP of Operations to grow relationships and market through these activities
?Conducts on-going market research to identify new opportunities, applications and trends
?Partners with radiologists to market new product lines (clinical services) to new and existing clients
?Delivers educational presentations to existing and prospective clients on emerging applications
?Conducts educational and marketing seminars at local and national trade shows to promote services
?Provides management with market intelligence and competitive analysis reports
?Facilitates monthly sales marketing conference call with corporate marketing
?Monitors performance and profitability of services offered for assigned market(s)
?Assists Corporate Marketing to develop mailings, mailing collateral, etc., for defined market
?Establishes and maintains SalesForce.com database in coordination with local market leadership and corporate IS departments
?Assists in sales, negotiations, and implementation of the payor contracting processes
?Monitors payor referral activity
?Maintains productive relationships with customer base in defined market through delivery of extraordinary customer service and support enhancing the experience for our patients
?Assists in the training and mentoring of new account managers and/or customer relationship managers

?Skill in written and verbal communication
?Skill in sales and negotiation with administrators or physicians
?Skill in account management and planning
?Knowledge of and adherence to company policies and protocols
?Knowledge of and adherence to HIPAA and safety guidelines
?Knowledge of intermediate level computer skills
?Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
?5+ years marketing and sales experience in a diagnostic imaging setting
?5+ years knowledge of Healthcare industry
?1-2 years of spreadsheet software usage
?Strong medical sales skills required in the diagnostic imaging area
?Proven sales results against assigned objectives
?Previous Supervisory experience strongly preferred
?Requires some travel within local selling market
