Efficient Frontier's Senior Account Manager is responsible for leading and directing resources responsible for strategic development and day-to-day management and optimization of our clients' search, biddable display and Facebook programs, with the main goal of driving our clients' business/ROI goals. The Senior Account Manager should be a leader, forward thinking, analytical, creative, detail-oriented and a team-player.
Core Responsibilities
Act as the primary point-of-contact for the client
Lead the day-to-day management and optimization of client campaigns and cross channel media, with influence over supporting team members including Associate/Account Manager team members
Drive strategic program development and identify areas for upsell and account growth
Desire and willingness to test, embrace and encourage new technologies, product offerings and marketing channels
Develop program summary/analysis, set agendas, and present and to senior decision makers
Drive resources and provide client recommendations to include: search engine marketing, display remarketing, biddable ad exchange media, mobile, Facebook, creative, and analytics
Define clients' business needs and identify areas of opportunity to increase account growth and drive revenue
Provide leadership in the development of client strategies and presentations
Contribute to company initiatives, processes and roll-outs
Requirements
BA/BS required and 5-8 years client services experience managing accounts
Experience in quantitative analysis of marketing results
Highly organized and analytical
Capable of handling multiple ad hoc requests
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proven history of self-direction, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines
Background in Search Marketing/SEM/PPC
Background in Display Advertising or Social Media, a plus
Advanced working knowledge of Excel (e.g. pivot tables and v-lookups) and PowerPoint
