Senior Account Manager Account Management | San Francisco, CA, United States Marin Software is experiencing tremendous business growth and is seeking to add an outstanding individual with strong prior experience working within a client services organization as a Senior Account Manager to manage both client retention and growth through proactive strategic recommendations and rapid response to client issues or questions. Responsibilities
Managing client accounts with the goal of fostering long-term business relationships and continued growth.
Communicating via the web and face to face with clients about product updates and new product releases.
Tracking account activity in CRM tool (Salesforce).
Possessing ongoing knowledge of company offerings and associated technologies.
Demonstrating the value of long term agreements with client partners.
Creating satisfied customers who are willing to recommend Marin Search Marketer to other businesses.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in online media, selling software or software-as-a-service
Successful track record managing clients and account retention and growth
Agency experience and a track record of successful agency business proliferation preferred
Search marketing industry experience preferred
Strong computer skills, including Salesforce.com, Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Previous sales Methodology training preferred
Compensation This is an on-site, full-time salaried position located in our San Francisco office. Compensation depends on prior experience.
