As a Senior Account Manager at LiveOps, you will play a vital and high profile role for our highest revenue producing group. In this role, you?ll directly contribute to our continued growth and success by managing key client relationships. As one of the senior members on our team, you will manage some of our most high profile client relationships as well as ideally taking on the management of a small team of Account Managers. Responsibilities
Primary point of contact to the client and relationship owner; our primary service includes a technology component (our proprietary call center platform) as well as a human component (call center agents)
Manage team of client services professionals
Manage the overall client relationship by setting and ultimately responsible for delivering on client expectations
Effectively manage all stages of program execution and optimization as the link between the client and our internal groups on new program launches
On the front side, work with new clients to help define program requirements and metrics, coordinate the customer implementation process, collaborate with Production Engineering on operational execution of scripts and reporting, support the creation of Agent development programs, and work with customers to troubleshoot issues. Once programs are live, be the primary interface for the client on campaign success and you'll collaborate with cross-functional support teams to continuously improve the programs' performance
Analyze program metrics and develop account strategies in order to drive the growth and profitability of your accounts
Maintain and grow revenue from existing clients and identify and participate in new business initiatives for prospects
Anticipate client questions and demonstrates excellent de-escalation and resolution skills
Qualifications
7-10 plus years of professional work experience
5-7 plus years of client service and account management experience, marketing, communications or client facing position
Experience mentoring, leading, and/or managing team members
Strategic thinking and analytical skills
Previous client management experience and consultative approach to create the best plan for driving the growth and profitability of your accounts (These skills will not only help you to build strong relationship, but will also be important for allowing you to analyze program metrics and develop account strategies)
Excel competency and the ability to quickly run basic math conversions in your head will also contribute to your ability to quickly transform raw data outputs into meaningful client data
Superior written and oral communication skills
Outstanding presentation abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and seamlessly execute on a variety of projects with changing priorities, will be important as each day presents new and engaging challenges
Demonstrated successful organizational skills
Sound judgment and interpersonal skills
Rapid comprehension and retention of information
BA/BS from an accredited college or university
Advanced degree a plus
