Sawgrass Technologies is looking to fill an opening in our sales team. This is an exciting and rewarding position in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment within the digital color graphic printing industry located in Mt. Pleasant, SC. We are looking for ambitious Senior Account Manager with whom we can offer an excellent career path along with a competitive remuneration package. Strong computer skills and excellent verbal/written communication skills are a must. Travel required (30-50%).
Responsible for the sales of Sawgrass digital decoration systems and services.
Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge that allows Senior Account Manager to give effective sales presentations.
Develops annual business plan in conjunction with the Senior Director of Sales, which details activities to follow during the sales year, which will focus the Senior Account Manager on meeting or exceeding sales revenue goals.
Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers.
Maximizes all opportunities and resources in the process of closing a sale.
Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various Sawgrass systems and services that meet their business requirements.
Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and trade shows.
Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
Creates and conducts effective proposal presentations and RFP responses that identify prospects business problems, the effects of the problems, and the Sawgrass solutions to their problems.
Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals.
Responsible for identifying and building effective business relationships with industry partners and other professionals to maximize revenue.
Demonstrates the ability to gather, submit detailed business recommendations to qualified prospects' business issues.
Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory, including the use of Microsoft CRM to maintain accurate records to maximize territory potential.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Participates and contributes to the development of educational programs offered to clients, prospects and company employees.

Experience and Skills:
Experience with both entrepreneurial firms and larger, more complex organizations.
Extensive experience in all aspects of multi-tiered distribution networks.
Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
Complete understanding of pricing and proposal models.
Proven ability to achieve sales revenue quotas.
4-8 years of sales experience with digital technologies.
