VideoHub, the enterprise division of Tremor Video, is looking for a smart, savvy, ambitious individual to become an integral member of an early stage start-up that is leading the shift in the way digital media is bought, sold, analyzed and valued.
The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years experience in digital account management, brand marketing, and/or media planning/strategy, with a proven track record of managing and growing high-priority accounts. He/she must have a strong attention to detail and thrive in a challenging and fast-paced work environment that will cultivate knowledge of the digital and tech industry. Candidate must be a self-starter with a passion for excellence and a desire to be on the cutting edge of the digital space.
Your knowledge of digital and traditional marketing combined with your communication and analytical abilities shapes how existing business grows. You leverage your entrepreneurial drive to educate customers on how to use and extract value from the VideoHub platform. Through your relationship-building skills and industry expertise, you provide VideoHub client?s with actionable insights, market analysis, a seamless account setup & communication process and industry expertise.
As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for maintaining and growing existing client relationships. The Account Manager is responsible for overseeing and facilitating all stages of a client?s lifecycle: account setup, billing management, client coordination, daily monitoring of campaign activity and trends. In addition, the Account Manager is also expected to understand the larger marketing goals and over-arching brand strategies of their accounts so as to be a source of excellence in consulting clients on how to understand and maximize the VideoHub tools and in doing so evolve their video marketing strategies.
Account Managers are evaluated on their ability to upsell clients and promote growth across an agency or account and implement new process for the VideoHub Account Management team.
What you will have done and can show
To be successful in this role, you will have spent 3-4 years in digital account management, brand marketing, or media planning/strategy and hold a BA/BS degree. You are motivated to understand how to build a business in the digital/tech industry and are looking for a start-up environment to accelerate your education and growth.
Your previous work experience has given you a knowledge of the digital video landscape and as well as a strong understanding of video metrics and brand measurement tools. You have proven communication and client collaboration skills. You are process driven and can work effectively at all levels of an organization.
3-4 years of experience in digital account management, brand marketing, media planning/strategy
Excellent communication and client collaboration skills

Process driven; ability to drive and execute new processes across the VideoHub team
Strong understanding of video metrics and brand measurement tools (i.e. brand surveys)
Knowledge of the digital video landscape (i.e. video ad serving, buy-side & sell-side landscape)
Desire to be on the cutting edge of the digital space; entrepreneurial focused
Highly motivated to understand how to build a business in the digital/tech industry
