Senior Accountant/Assistant Controller (Temp-to-Hire) BIAP

Description:
This position will report to the CFO and interface with the financial team and key management. The ideal candidate will have experience with software product development. Experience with both large and small technology companies desirable.

Billing & collection functions
Fixed asset accounting
Job Costing system
Financial Statement Preparation
Internal and external financial reporting
Budgeting & forecasting
Financial analysis
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Accounting
2-10+years minimum of industry experience
CPA certification
Excellent financial modeling skills (Excel)
Experience with financial systems, including QuickBooks
Experience with job costing and installing costing systems
Public company /Sarbox compliance experience helpful
Strong organizational and problem solving abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines and willingness to work as a team player
