DescriptionSuniva is seeking a Senior Accountant at our Norcross, GA corporate headquarters. The Senior Accountant will assist the Controller with all financial and cost accounting responsibilities.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist Controller with all financial and cost accounting responsibilities.
Supervise the monthly GL close as well as monthly expense and financial reviews.
Ensure reporting and accounting principles are in compliance with company policy, statutory reporting requirements and GAAP
Supervise all tax returns and Treasury compliance
Assist with financial and tax audits
Develop and manage financial dashboards
Oversee cash management and forecasting
Review / assist in credit approval of current and future customers
Work closely with payroll to ensure accurate and timely execution
Work closely with AP & AR to ensure accurate and timely execution
Work closely with Inventory Manager to ensure accurate and timely execution
REQUIREMENTS:
3 ? 5+ years Professional Accounting experience, public preferred
Large ERP experience, Oracle preferred
Technical accounting background
Some managerial / supervisory experience
Bachelor?s in Accounting from well recognized Accounting program
CPA highly preferred
Manufacturing experience preferred, but not necessary
