A self-motivated individual, with strong accounting skills to provide worldwide technical accounting leadership to the company?s Accounting
and Finance organization. Individual shall have a demonstrated ability to lead multinational and cross-functional teams to enhance reporting,
accounting and operational processes. Strong analytical skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills are requirements for
the successful candidate.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical accounting guidance and training to the Corporate Accounting team for Costs of Computer Software Developed or Obtained
or Internal Use (ASC 350-40).
Process Fixed Assets in Oracle R12 and produce World Wide Fixed Assets Roll-forward
Research accounting and financial reporting rules and regulations for new leases
Execute Yearly Book to Physical Fixed Asset Audit and Intangible Impairment Analysis
Coordinate and review Corporate Accounting internal control process documentation.
Establish central repository for Corporate Desk Top Policies and Procedures and oversee process for documentation and update of such repository.
Provide analysis of financial statement fluctuations, in support of the monthly/quarterly/annual reporting requirements.
Suggest and implement process improvements as the company grows.
Assist with quarterly and annual external audits. Act as primary interface in ensuring all requirements are met.
Assist with Sarbanes Oxley Compliance for 404
Assist in preparation of internal and external financial reporting packages.
Support special projects as assigned, including support of annual statutory reporting requirements.
Qualifications:
Strong technical accounting skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in data entry systems, primarily Oracle R12, Oracle Report Manager, Oracle OBIEE, Hyperion Enterprise, Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage projects and deadlines, organized and efficient.
Team player, dependable and flexible.
Attention to detail in all areas.
Education/Certifications
Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting
Certified Public Accountant
8 to 12+ Years of Accounting experience, including process and systems experience
Large public company and private company experience
Big 4 Public Accounting Experience
