Senior Agency Relationship Manager Marin Software

Responsibilities:
Oversee and drive strategic engagements within Agencies in and around the Central US, focused on adoption of Marin's technology and service.
Responsible for establishing and cultivating the most senior, executive level relationships within the Agencies, and translating those relationships into introductions into other associated and sister Agencies
Ensure the value derived can be communicated clearly and is carried over to other associated Agency entities to enable new initial engagements
Act as Marin search expert liaison on any and all new associated Agency engagements, on-site when appropriate, and interacting with key decision makers
Oversee top-level agency strategy within existing Agency client accounts with a goal of creating stickiness and growth.
Accurately track account activity in CRM tool, while creating satisfied and reference-able customers.
Develop and sustain knowledge of Marin Software's offerings and associated technologies.
Drive Quarterly Business Reviews onsite
Reports to Vice President of Accounts.
Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience online media, selling software or software-as-a-service.
Agency experience and a track record of successful agency business proliferation highly preferred.
Track record of high customer retention and growth in past positions.
Strong written and verbal communications skills.
Previous Sales Methodology training preferred.
Search Marketing industry experience a must.
Ability to work in a fast pace, team environment.
Strong computer skills, including Salesforce.com, Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel.
Compensation:
Full-time salaried position with competitive incentive performance component -- compensation dependent on prior experience. Position includes equity participation. Marin will pay 100 comprehensive benefits (healthcare, vision and dental, 401K) and offers a generous PTO plan.
