THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED As a Redfin agent, your job is pretty simple: delight your customers. You won't be thrown to the wolves, cold-calling prospects in a dog-eat-dog world. You'll be working with a team as a full-time employee with a base salary, benefits, and a career. And you'll get plenty of clients ? often as many as you can handle ? who've been assigned to work with you through our website.

What You'll Do
Lots of deals: you'll support your team lead while working with your own clients to make offers and list properties. A team of field agents and transaction coordinators work with you to show homes, schedule events and handle administrative duties so you can focus on negotiating and closing deals. You'll regularly work with 20 ? 40 clients actively looking for homes and we provide these clients through the website. No prospecting needed!
Tour clients: you still do deals, but you're also out in the field, touring and getting to know your clients.
Teach: year round, you're teaching home-buying classes and answering questions about how the whole crazy process works.
Experienced: you're a local licensed agent with at least ten closed deals under your belt, at least three over the last 12 months in and around the Cambridge/Somerville area.
Open: Redfin sends your past year's clients our customer-satisfaction survey; you must get a 70% NPS score. For people we hire, we publish the results online on your profile.
Bright you probably have a college degree and certainly can communicate clearly and write well. You?re a self-driven thinker and problem solver by nature.
Ethical: you live by our values already, and do the right thing- always and without exception.
About Your Career
We invest in you, and you invest in us. If you close 30 Redfin deals with 80% NPS, you become eligible to run a team as a team lead agent. Opportunity for growth abounds.
What You Earn
We pay for health insurance for you and your family, office equipment including a laptop and an iPad, cell-phone service plan, mileage, training, MLS dues, and license dues/fees.
