Senior Algorithm Engineer/Architect MediaMath

We are currently searching for a senior quantitative programmer to further advance the MediaMath Algorithmic Platform. The vision is to architect a reliable and scalable platform, provide standard interfaces to query and support analytics for our buy-side algorithms that are transparent, efficient and easy to access as possible by our varied applications.
Design, architect, build and maintain the MediaMath algorithmic platform
Leading innovation by exploring, investigating, recommending, benchmarking and implementing performance centric technologies for the platform
Being the technical architect and point person for the algorithmic platform
7+ years of hands-on experience with financial quant-trading or statistical analyses/modeling
7+ years of hands-on experience with administration, configuration management, monitoring, debugging, benchmarking and performance tuning
7+ years hands-on experience with open source software platforms and C++ (linux)
Strong knowledge of memory optimization and multi-threading
Working knowledge of shell scripting, in-memory databases (NoSQL) and STL
Knowledge of advertising space not required but a huge plus
Knowledge of FPGAs or related hardware solutions a plus
Have a passion for quantitative math and a flexible, creative approach to handling large datasets
Excellent problem solving and programming skills; proven technical leadership and communication skills
Have extensive experience with mathematical implementations, data storage and distribution, multi-threading and distributed services
Have a solid track record of building large scale systems
Excellent understanding of Analytics platforms, trading applications, and statistical packages
Strong understanding of real-time data feeds and stochastic processes
