Individual will use standard occupational tools and knowledge to perform the following job duties:
Gather and organize information and data on market problems to advance CRM solutions via third party integrations, operating within web and application server environments, using Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and premise-based models.
Observe the current system in operation (Delphi) and analyze data about each of the parts of component problems to develop efficient cost and time-saving programs, using a variety of sources.
Define data requirements and gather and validate information, applying judgment and statistical tests.
Collaborate with senior managers to identify and solve a variety of problems and to clarify management objectives.
Analyze information obtained from management to conceptualize and define operational problems.
Interview end users, conduct surveys and site visits, conduct task and workflow analyses and review standard business processes.
Document findings of study and provide supporting documents such as activity diagrams, screen design, testing and validation scenarios, etc.
Collect, analyze and summarize information and trends to validate solution approach with customers for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes.
Apply fundamental understanding of the hospitality business model to develop and implement solutions based on market and customer requirements.
Prepare management reports, employing product management practices such as Pragmatic and PDMA.
Provide project deliverables and monitor project for adherence to quality standards.
Use TFS to track defects and ensure accurate reporting and scoping in current and future releases.
May perform other assigned job duties considered normal to this occupation.
Master's Degree in business administration or any related business major that provided the required knowledge and abilities and three (3) years of related experience in the offered occupation (Operations Research Analyst) or any position(s) that provided the required skills and abilities. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in business administration or any related business major that provided the required knowledge and abilities, and five (5) post-degree years of progressive related experience in the offered occupation (Operations Research Analyst) or any position(s) that provided the required skills and abilities.
Individual must have demonstrable experience working for companies providing sales, catering or property management services and experience using Delphi (a widely used sales and catering software and hospitality application)
Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable. The term suitable, in this context, means substantial compatibility with stated job academic level and job experience requirements and ability to perform job duties.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
