Senior Analyst/Consultant for Higher Education
We are searching for an innovative, data-driven, and client-focused Senior Analyst/Consultant to play a role in our thought leadership across Higher Education. This is an exciting professional growth opportunity for professionals seeking to apply their experience at a fast-paced, professional consulting and advisory services organization. The successful candidate will be part of the teams that designs and implements industry-leading research and play a leadership role in consulting engagements serving director-level administrators in online and continuing education operations, strategic growth initiatives, and new program development at public and private universities across the country. The Senior Analyst/Consultant will help advise higher education institutions on growth of programs, innovation of approaches, and optimization of resources. This role provides an opportunity for candidates to broaden their expertise and accelerate their career by working with leaders at a broad range of institutions, developing and applying advisory tools and services that meet both the needs of individual clients and the overall profession.
Key responsibilities of the Senior Analyst/Consultant role include, but are not limited to, the following:
Working directly with clients to advise them on key strategic and operational decisions
Developing cutting-edge tools and advisory services for higher education professionals
Collaborating with fellow researchers and consultants to help design and execute an annual thought leadership agenda, including actionable major investigations, an annual client conference, and regular webinars on the topics of greatest importance to the profession
Managing research and data collection to analyze key trends and challenges facing leaders in adult higher education
Developing and nurturing client relationships
Representing Eduventures at industry events and to the media
Experience and Skills:
Bachelor's degree; graduate credential preferred
Three to five years relevant experience at a higher education institution, a vendor serving the market, or a research/consulting firm.
Strong analytical abilities and aptitude for using data to inform decision-making
Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills
Exceptional writing and presentation skills; ability to scope and frame issues
A business-oriented mindset
Well-developed client management skills
Strong project management skills and ability to execute and deliver high quality and on-time research
This is a full-time, salaried role with benefits, based partly or fully in our Boston office.
