The Senior Analyst, Sales Operations will report up through the VP, Sales Operations. The areas of focus will be sales operations administration, analysis, metrics, and reporting for the global inside sales and sales enablement functions across sales centers in Nashville, Denver, Dublin, Liverpool, Singapore, and Tokyo.
The Senior Analyst, Sales Operations responsibilities will include:
Participate in the company's operational planning and forecasting activities
Understand our key operational metrics and levers to drive productivity and efficiency, including opportunity, bookings, batch renewal rates, NARR/TSPR metrics, and headcount
Generate business reports and associated analysis including:
Weekly production metric reporting
Monthly production metrics and analysis for Operational and Deep Dive Reviews
Ad hoc operational reporting and analysis, as needed to support the business
Manage and update systems and processes critical to the reporting and tracking of sales team metrics
Update and maintain opportunity and bookings data across accounts in the central repository
Support the development of tools and reports for operational planning, tracking and forecasting processes
Communicate effectively with Account Managers, Client Delivery Directors, and other field personnel
Serve as liaison to Corporate Finance, Sales Compensation, and other support functions to facilitate process improvements, infrastructure development and cross company initiatives
An ideal candidate for this position is able to effectively communicate in written and oral business English, demonstrate analytical skills, as well as effectively leverage financial and operational systems, tools and reports.
3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations and/or Financial Planning & Analysis
Intermediate to advanced knowledge and experience in financial and business modeling
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Experience working in a Sales environment or interacting with sales professionals a plus
MS CRM and SQL experience a plus
Keen attention to detail and ensuring accuracy
Ability to multitask and work effectively within a fast growing organization.
Team player with good interpersonal skills, works effectively with others across the organization.
Able to work flexible hours to provide coverage for sales centers in NALA, EMEA, and APJ
Highly flexible, comfortable with large amounts of information, adept at managing expectations, and able to set and adjust priorities as needed.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in business relationships and exercise sound business judgment.
