As a Senior Marketing Analyst you will be responsible for executing large scale online marketing campaigns and driving the next phase of search advertising for Gilt Groupe's global business. In addition, this role provides exposure to a broad range of online marketing disciplines and career growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities
Drive customer acquisition and engagement for Gilt Groupe via search engine marketing.
Manage the execution of search marketing campaigns, including setup, monitoring, reporting, analysis, optimization, budget pacing and forecasting, keyword research and expansion, competitive benchmarking, and strategic portfolio insights.
Partner with data and analytics teams to analyze individual campaign performances to derive actionable insights to improve performance, conversion rates, and lifetime customer value.
Produce post-campaign reports and analysis, including recommendations for improvement
Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop processes to streamline operations, especially in the areas of portfolio organization, language localization, creative development, media planning, reporting, and campaign QA.
3+ years of direct experience managing search engine marketing with a proven track record in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
In-depth understanding of key industry metrics and the ability to recognize how they might impact the business (CPC, CTR, CPA, Quality Score).
Tech savvy and comfortable using paid search/social management tools (Adwords, AdCenter, Facebook Power Editor, SEM tools providers).
Familiarity with Online Analytics platforms (preferably Google Analytics)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor?s degree in a related discipline preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
