Senior Applications Administrator Xoom
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Xoom Corporation, a digital money transfer company, located in the Financial District of San Francisco, is looking for an experienced Senior Systems Administrator.
Primary responsibility will be to support our Salesforce service cloud implementation, needs to have a deep understanding of CRM objects and their dependencies, ability to configure and customize the workflows, notifications and bring customer requirements to life on Salesforce platform. This position will also support other enterprise applications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Administration and support of Salesforce CRM tools
Manage client issues and support requests. Manage and support complex user roles, security, profiles, workflows and reporting. Perform daily Salesforce and system administration tasks including data backups and scheduled jobs
Administration and support of Oracle's PeopleSoft Financials
Responsible for maintenance, support, configuration, security and integrity of PeopleSoft Systems. Perform daily PeopleSoft and system administration tasks and data backups. Collaborate with Unix and Database Administrators with designing, planning, debugging, and implementing PeopleSoft server environments
Administration and support of Call Center tools
Provision and de-provisioning of access to call center tools like confluence, Xoom internal tools and VOIP applications
Develop and promote standard operating procedures (SOP)
Enforce migration, versioning, and change control procedures and standards
Schedule installations and upgrades and maintain them in accordance with established policies and procedures
Install, test and implement system and application patches and upgrades to apply them to all environments
5+ years Windows server 2003/2008, active directory and MS Exchange experience.
3+ years Salesforce administration and APEX programming skills
2+ years PeopleSoft Financials administration and support experience
2+ years Oracle, MS SQL server
2+ years Linux administration
Experience in supporting remote employees and offices
Strong troubleshooting and support skills
Project and time management skills
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Desire to learn new skills
Salesforce Certification is a plus
Bachelor's degree orequivalent knowledge and experience.
