Senior Applications Engineer- Job #3005

Provide customer support for high speed interface and microprocessor products. Assist customers with system design issue troubleshooting. Assist the engineering team with device bring up, validation, and characterization. Must have knowledge of SERDES architechture and sub-block functionalities, PHY/MAC layer protocol for high speed communications interfaces. Experience with SERDES channel simulation, high speed jitter measurement equipments, embedded system design and software programming, device bring up, device and board issue troubleshooting, RTL design and simulation, scripting language. Ability to travel (15%).

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related degree, plus 7 years of relevant experience.
