Senior Applications/Process Engineer Molecular Imprints
Position Summary
The Senior Applications Engineer will work as part of the applications team to help support Molecular Imprints tools and technologies focused on customer application. This will include working directly with customers on their applications using Molecular Imprints tools and technologies. The Applications Engineer will focus on customer application related materials choices, process issues and general tool use support. The Applications Engineer will also develop Molecular Imprints process related intellectual property
Essential Functions
Close in support of customers on their applications involving all aspects relating to the use of Molecular Imprints tools
Coordinate and qualify Molecular Imprints tools and technologies as they relate to specific customer applications
Developing team work with customers
Design of experiments (design, run and analyze)
Generation of process related IP and Patents for MII
Front and back end customer support
Successfully manage multiple customer projects
Qualifications
Education
Bachelors or Masters in Chemistry or Materials Engineering or Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience
Masters in Chemistry or Materials Engineering or Electrical Engineering is preferred
Experience
At least 5 years of experience including in-depth knowledge of photolithography processes and equipment
Experience in using lithographic steppers or step-and-scan systems
Strong mechanical/hardware aptitude
Good project management and troubleshooting skills.
