such as cost, competition, and price strategy, to help determine the best price for each item sold in retail
stores. Our technology is delivered in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) fashion as a weekly, monthly or
annual subscription via the Internet. This approach allows retailers of all sizes access to technology and
pricing expertise that they may not be able to otherwise afford.
Role :
Revionics has an immediate opening for a Senior ASP.Net/C# Developer in our Product Development
organization. This position will work within our Product Development organization on new SaaS product
initiatives and support existing customer deployments. The successful candidate will be customer focused
and a team player. Revionics? associates are passionate about their work and we are looking for a
developer with the ability to perform under pressure and deliver on time.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include:
Participation in all stages of a project?s SDLC including requirements gathering and documenting,
high-level and low-level design, coding, testing and deploying.
Developing proofs of concept, and prototypes of new features.
Coding and optimizing of T-SQL statements, stored procedures, triggers and functions.
Create test cases from requirements and design documentation, and develop appropriate testing
processes to verify and validate the work completed.
Performing unit and regression tests on all newly developed functionality.
Provide production support through troubleshooting, debugging, and data validation.
Set up and maintain versioned instances of a published web site using IIS and the .Net Framework.
Skills:
Expert knowledge of the .Net Framework 3.5 and above
Senior level C#, ASP.Net and JavaScript
Extensive experience with MVC and/or MVP, LINQ and jQuery
Working knowledge of dependency injection and IoC
Strong in HTML, XML and the DOM level 2
Experience in WCF, Web services, APIs and Remote Procedure Calls
Development tools such as Visual Studio 2010, Subversion and TFS
Microsoft SQL Server 2008 and above
T-SQL, dynamic SQL statements, complex queries, stored procedures, triggers and functions
Familiarization with UML diagrams and Use Cases is expected
Some experience with Windows Mobile application development is desired
Must have a strong understanding and proficiency in Object Oriented and n-tier programming
Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Experience:
Minimum of six (6) years of software development in the Microsoft .Net Framework, ASP.Net, C# and
JavaScript is required. Demonstrable proficiency in major development tools and processes, such as
source control, requirement specification, design, and testing is required. Independent problem solving
and debugging skills. Proven analytical and organizational skills. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal
skills. Understands good project management practices. Aptitude to learn new technologies quickly.
Ability to multi-task. Detail oriented. Ability to meet deadlines.
Compensation:
Base Salary, Incentive Pay and Equity are all negotiable based on qualifications.
