We are currently seeking a Senior Business Advisor, in our Picis division of UHG. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced and challenging work environment. Candidates interested in this job opportunity will reside in close proximity to a major airport and will work from their home office and will travel to client sites around the country.
The Senior Business Advisor is a Picis professional services resource who possesses subject matter and perioperative and/or ICU domain expertise and is responsible for developing, fostering and maintaining professional relationships with assigned customers. This position works in tandem with Professional Services, Product Management, Client Operations and the Sales organizations within the company (internal customers).
The successful candidate will:
Serve as the owner and focal point for client relationship activities
Support continual process improvement by contributing to advances and development of optimization services designed to help customers achieve maximum value of Picis Solutions
Provide product line assistance to prospective clients and existing clients
Own and serve as the focal point for Account Relationship activities
Ensure the outcome needs from assessments are managed and executed upon
Clearly articulate and ensure clients understand the value of Picis solutions especially as it relates to ARRA and meaningful use, existing and emerging regulatory requirements
Develop strategic partnerships and provide assessment of the customer's unique environment, clinical, and operational challenges, needs and opportunities and participate in the development of strategies to address account needs in collaboration with the sales team member
Serve as the Picis trusted advisor to customer leadership team

Qualifications
Requirements:
5+ years experience in client relationship management within hospital software environment
Proficiency of Microsoft standard packages: Word, Excel, Outlook
This position will require extensive travel (80%)
Assets:
Deep product knowledge of Picis product lines
Experience presenting to high level executives
Experience facilitating group meetings such as user groups
Strong strategic planning experience and execution skills
Ability to identify technical issues, facilitate and monitor technical issues to resolution by leveraging internal resources
Vendor experience with perioperative or ICU software applications
RN with perioperative or ICU experience
MS or MBA
