Senior Business Analyst AirCell
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Aircell Senior Business Analyst will ensure that the Backoffice Core Team is successful in developing the systems needed to efficiently scale Aircell's business through transformation into a service-centric company. This will be achieved through clearly capturing and communicating stakeholder requirements and optimized workflows.
The Business Analyst will coordinate the analysis and design of business systems. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the needs of the assigned customer group from the business and technical perspective. Work closely with clients and with other system groups to capture business requirements/stories and see them through to implementation. Assist in Business User Acceptance Testing. Act as a liaison between the business user groups and the technical systems groups.

Improve Aircell cost structure by using data, stakeholder interviews & past experiences to identify areas of opportunity to improve how we do business to save time, labor costs and/or infrastructure costs.
Ensure that the development teams have successful iterations because they are provided with clear, well written stories, requirements, process flows & definitions of done in a timely manner.
Make sure that the Backoffice team keeps its part of the release train on schedule by making and ensuring buy-in around prioritization decisions and always having a clear backlog.
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
Work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of project managers and product owners.
Serves as the conduit between the stakeholder community and the systems analyst/software development team through which requirements flow.
Collaborate with systems analyst and subject matter experts to establish the functional/technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
Develop a thorough understanding of the business processes and technical designs as well as the specifications.
Evaluate the information gathered through workshops and interviews, business process description, and task analysis.
Acting as an interface between business units, technology teams and support teams.
Participate in release planning events and keep a pulse on changes across various teams to ensure there are no gaps.
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or Technical field.
5+ years of proven experience in business process management and business requirements of the customers and translating them to specific software requirements.
Strong MS Office Skill (Visio, Word, Excel, Power Point).
Experience in provisioning or Finance-related field: payment processing, tax, financial reporting, accounting, billing, or supply chain is desired.
