We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager to join our Eden Prairie team. This division specializes in HEDIS and other healthcare quality metric software and services to support a customer base primarily composed of health plans and providers located around the US.
Responsibilities:
Manage the execution of contract deliverables for clients. Develop project plan, track work performed, work pending and open issues for team comprised of MediConnect staff and clients.
Develop and maintain expert level of knowledge with MediConnect software and the HEDIS industry
Provide primary software support for clients to guide implementations, guide data processing and answer questions.
Learn and execute established processes. Suggest, refine and document improvements.
Review client contracts to ensure timely renewals and to ensure correct execution of deliverables.
Serve as project lead for key initiatives as directed. Examples include creating client facing documentation, coordinating client training calendar, updating software content.
Qualifications:
Candidates will have 3-5 years of work experience.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities in a business setting, able to manage competing priorities against hard deadlines, and manage up as well as down in pursuit of optimal prioritization.
Ability to speak with authority to clients and present on behalf of the company.
Capable of assuming critical problem solving tasks.
Can be fairly autonomous and solution-oriented, while engaging senior leadership as appropriate
Has an ownership mentality, with the ability to provide leadership for clients, and directly manage small teams.
Should have a working familiarity with modern software applications, and data applications in particular. SAMs further should understand the healthcare system, and have some knowledge of HEDIS technical demands.
Demonstrated experience in the healthcare industry is required.
Must have a strong customer service ethic.
Ability to travel approximately 10%
