Senior Business Analyst Innovate MS
Description:Position Summary: As a member of the Product Management organization, the Business Analyst is responsible for performing market research, building revenue based business cases for future product enhancements, and capturing and documenting requirements for product changes for the Bomgar remote support product. A Business Analyst must be accustomed to producing formal documentation, and possess the ability to communicate with customers as well as other departments within Bomgar. Self-motivation and excellent communication skills are expected in this position.Responsibilities and Essential Functions
Perform market research to help determine targets for current and future Bomgar offerings.
Quickly understand business issues and challenges of Bomgar?s target markets and translate them to specific market requirements.
Create revenue based business cases for Bomgar product enhancements based on market research.
Collect and analyze business requirements and formally communicate them via written documents and design meetings.
Education / Experience Requirements
B.S. or higher degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field
3+ years? experience with formally documenting customer requirements and producing business cases for a product focused company
Product Management and Project Management experience a plus
Work Skills
Ability to travel up to 25%
Advanced skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Accuracy and attention to detail
Self-starter; requires little supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize
Professional demeanor
