The Senior Business Consultant will provide consulting services to Jenzabar customers on the implementation, training and use of the Higher Reach software system.
The Senior Business Consultant is responsible for leading the implementation process. They should assist users in the setup and training assignments that are required during the implementation process. They will work with clients to assist with defining business processes and procedures when using Higher Reach, configuring and using the system. They will provide analysis regarding the client?s configuration and training through a report format. They will provide feedback to the Services Manager regarding the client?s requirements. They will in conjunction with the Jenzabar PM to ensure client success with Higher Reach.
The Senior Business Consultant may participate in sales calls, assist in scoping add on work and assist in proposal development.
The Senior Business Consultant will be expected to travel up to 32 weeks per year and will be in the office (or working remotely) during normal business hours when not traveling or visiting customer locations. This position will also work in conjunction with services and support.
BS, BA Degree or equivalent experience
2 ? 5 years. BS, BA Degree or equivalent experience
SPECIAL SKILLS (Preferred) :
?1 year minimum instructor led classroom IT training experience
?Higher Education experience specifically with Continuing Education and/or Workforce Development departments
?Familiarity with software registration systems and/or student information systems
?Excellent customer facing, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to share expertise with others
?Patience and tolerance
?Understanding full training cycle from needs analysis to post training analysis
?Team player who can also adapt to working solo for long periods
?Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and cope with stressful situations
?A passion for IT and acquiring new skills and experience
