Senior Business Developer -- Medical Vertical SolutionReach
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Solutionreach is looking for an ambitious professional with a general aptitude for sales and customer service in the medical field to become our new Senior Business Developer. This position will report directly to the Director of Business Development and will be responsible for the execution of a comprehensive business development plan to accelerate growth in the healthcare market. This individual will focus on strategic business development ventures that will expand distribution channels in primary care and open new markets. This position will be based at our headquarters in Lehi, Utah and requires extensive travel.
You will, among other things:
develop and manage key partnerships.
track all performance metrics on a monthly basis in order to achieve goals and objectives.
establish lead generation and conversion benchmarks in conjunction with the Director in order to meet financial goals and objectives.
consistently create opportunities to identify prospects, and work to cultivate and engage prospects from both a leadership and team role.
collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve and exceed business goals.
have a minimum of 5 years experience in new business development or sales. Healthcare IT experience in Primary Care - Medical (both elective and non-elective markets) preferred.
utilize excellent verbal and written English skills.
be tech savvy with an understanding of how practice needs can be better supported through technology.
possess exceptional problem solving and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize a heavy workload under pressure and competing assignments.
have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding established goals and benchmarks in a highly competitive environment.
have excellent people skills and a talent in working with both external and internal customers.
have an awesome sense of humor.
ability to demonstrate experience with software applications (specifically CRM, HER, EMR, and messaging applications) is preferred.
