We are searching for an accomplished, senior business development executive who will be responsible for the development and management of partner channels to generate product and services revenue for our Identity and Access Management solutions. Typical partner organizations that would be targeted through this effort would be health IT software vendors, system integrators and technology providers. This position will work closely with a number of other business functions within the Health Solutions Group such as product management, engineering, services, marketing and sales to drive towards our business goals so effective cross-group collaboration ability will be critical. This is a high impact role, and we are looking for strategic thinkers who can also roll up their sleeves, get into the weeds and execute.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Develop and implement channel partner strategies in defined market segments/geos across the product portfolio
Identify, pursue and close agreements with target partners including clearly articulating the value proposition, business opportunity for the partner, investments needed and desired outcomes
Establish clear business plans with partners that drive towards measurable revenue targets
Collaborate with relevant partner management functions across the company as needed (training, services, marketing, product management, engineering) to implement partner strategy
Work closely with the sales, services, marketing teams to manage the partner opportunity pipeline, align internal resources to support customer pursuits with partners, and drive partner education and awareness of solutions
Ongoing relationship management of recruited partners
Ideal candidates will have the following knowledge, qualifications and experience:
At least 9 years relevant experience in enterprise health IT business development, with specific focus on channel partner programs and strategic alliances
Demonstrated accomplishments developing and managing partner relationships in the health IT software arena, especially in the security and access management segment
Deep understanding of current health information technologies, relevant industry trends and competitive landscape
Proven revenue and business results attainment through a partner channel
Proven skills in the areas of executive relationship management, project management, excellent written and oral communications, working across a virtual team, and public speaking
Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business environment
Education: Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred
Estimated 50% travel, some of it international
Position will be based in Redmond, WA, US and will report to the Director of Worldwide Partners
Expertise with Excel, PowerPoint, Word and other analytical applications.
