Primary Responsibilities:
Lead a team of developers responsible for C#.Net based client based and web based software
Identify and champion technical innovation opportunities improving product performance, reliability and scalability
Work effectively with peer teams and cross functionally peer disciplines including product management, technical support, and QA
Requirements include:
10+ years of commercial software development experience, including at least 5 years of C#.Net development.
3+ years in a technical leadership position
Solid design skills
Experience with large scale enterprise-level systems
Proven ability to write technical artifacts (whitepapers as well as designs)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Passion for elegant designs and technical excellence
Track record of delivering well-designed, robust and scalable software
BS or MS in Computer Science or a similar engineering discipline
Nice to haves:
.Net Certification
Experience with cloud-based web service APIs
Experience performance tuning Windows applications
