Job Responsibilities:
The Senior Care Counselor will be responsible for telephonic consultations, including assessments, coaching, and provider options on a national basis. Requirements:
Social Workers (MSW preferred) with demonstrated expertise in the Senior Care field assisting families navigate the complex decisions associated with care giving.
