Senior Carrier Marketing Manager Ruckus Wireless

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead pre-sales consulting engagements and marketing content development and delivery in support of our worldwide carrier sales team and business partners. Responsibilities will include:
building (quickly) and applying the skills and knowledge base required to coach service providers in their development of large-scale carrier Wi-Fi business models and deployment plans, as part of comprehensive RAN and service enhancement strategy efforts
developing a detailed understanding of customer requirements and competitor solutions in service provider Wi-Fi and small-cell networks
driving winning clarity and detail into our differentiating value proposition and sales tools
creating world-class carrier-focused marketing content across the complete spectrum of such: pitch decks, web content, brochures, data sheets, white papers, economic models, business cases, blog entries, application notes, contributed articles, and sales training materials
This position reports to the Senior Director of Product Marketing and is located in Sunnyvale, CA.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in technology marketing, including substantial time working in the telecommunication service provider market
2+ years of post-MBA experience as a star associate at a tier 1 consultancy (Booz, Bain, BCG, et al.)
Demonstrated proficiency at helping clients bring clarity to fuzzy conversations about alternative strategies through polite and smoothly-communicated but nonetheless very disciplined, resourceful application of crisp analytics
Well-demonstrated passion, creativity, outstanding quality, and productivity in marketing content creation
Superb command of written English and visual communication techniques, including crisp, logical story construction and translation of technical content for non-technical audiences (relevant content samples will be required before interviews)
Strong presentation and small-group speaking/collaboration skills
Flawless attention to detail and an eye for good design
Experience in a high-growth environment
Undergraduate degree in the sciences or engineering and a tier-1 MBA
This person must have an inherent ??can-do?? attitude, creative problem-solving skills, a willingness to work hard to succeed, and infectious enthusiasm.
