We are now looking for a Senior Channel & Customer Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team in our downtown San Francisco global headquarters.
The Senior Channel & Customer Marketing Manager will be responsible in driving marketing and sales activity through our channel sales organization as well as managing customer engagement and advocacy programs. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Director, this Senior Manager will have the opportunity to test-drive novel ideas, develop new programs as well as execute to completion.
Provide co-marketing support to key and qualified partners
Develop channel enablement tools, maintain and promote usage including Partner Portal, Partner Newsletters
Support coordination and promotion of joint lead generation activities
Equip partners with impactful materials to support successful sales engagement
Work closely with product management and Sales Engineering teams to develop partner-ready sales tools
Drive Launch Communications, Educational Nurturing and Onboarding Programs aiming for highest net promoter scores and customer retention.
Develop and manage Customer Advocacy Programs such as Customer Advisory Board and User Groups
Expand customer communication programs including Newsletters, Customer Portals
Develop and maintain pipeline of customers willing to participate in case studies and other marketing projects
Advance existing Customer Satisfaction survey programs and ensure closed-looped feedback and follow up
Education and Experience
Bachelor?s degree or higher
At least 5+ years channel marketing experience in a high technology environment
Experience working with partners (VARs, SIs, ISVs) to execute go-to-market plans
Proven track record in channel marketing and growing revenue with partners
Prior Customer Marketing experience is desirable
Comfortable with fast-paced environment and rapidly changing priorities.
Well-rounded marketer with strong baseline of general marketing disciplines
Strong program definition, management, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and get things done
