Senior Channel Support Representative
The Senior Channel Support Representative will assist in the management, oversight, and support of key third party partners.
In close concert with NetProspex?s Partnership Executive, you will liaise with third party channel partners in furtherance of the relationship including answering questions, resolving issues, ensuring timely product/services delivery, and helping to nurture growth of such accounts. You will act internally as a champion of partner issues raised and timely, effective resolution.
The Senior Channel Support Representative, as an extension of the Client Services department, will support the Partnership team. You will be the first point of contact for various third parties. You will also work with our website and database to respond to third party inquiries. Finally,
you will act as a key liaison in support of international business.
? Help manage relationships and product/service fulfillment
? Track financial obligations of partners and ensure they are attended to and fulfilled
? Account for royalty bearing revenue from third parties
? Support and elevate data issues raised by clients and internally champion resolution
? Provide proactive outreach to accounts regarding launch dates, upgrades, feeds, etc.
? For third party partner inquiries, provide counts, samples, fulfill data requests as needed
? Provide day to day support for international business
? Administer, support, and report relating to deliverables of data suppliers
? Three to five years business experience
? Excellent verbal, including diplomacy, and written communication skills
? Proficiency with business office software applications such as Excel (i.e. formulas, pivot tables, general wizardry), Google Docs, and other MS Office software
? Analytical and reporting skills with problem-solving and process-minded action
? Skilled in prioritization and efficient time management
? Excellent organizational skills and self-motivated
? Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent experience required
