Qualities we are looking for:

- Track record of cutting-edge client development with demonstrated ability to design and deliver solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment.
- High technical competence, with strong architecture, design, and coding abilities as well as individual technical accomplishments.
- 4+ years relevant experience developing client web applications.
- Team player, high energy, positive attitude.

Skills:

- Strong client development expertise: JavaScript, Ajax toolkits, CSS, XML, HTML, ActionScript, MVC, etc
- Understanding of scalable and dynamic Web application design.
- Ability to enhance, architect, design, and implement fluid user interfaces that meet customers' business needs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven technical leadership with customer facing experience a plus.
