Senior Client Manager (Relationship Management/Implementation Management) Greenphire
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Senior Client Manager is responsible for the company's day-to-day implementation of new programs both directly and indirectly through the delegation of projects to program managers. The Senior Client Manager is also responsible for on-going relationship management following the successful implementation and launch of new technology programs.
Manage the project management cycle for the implementation of new programs.
Manage strategic client relationships after the successful implementation of new technology programs.
Demonstrate flawless execution of business strategies for implementation and relationship management.
Direct and participate in the development of new features and functionality that may be requested by clients during the sales, implementations, or post-launch process.
Develop strategies and materials to increase the quality and efficiency of support to clients and users.
Coordinate internal and external resources.
Assist in the hiring and training of program managers.
Perform other duties, assignments, and special projects as time or circumstances necessitate.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three to five years of relevant experience or training.
Experience in building and managing a team.
Project management experience.
Relationship management experience.
The ability to create and document processes.
Expertise in Microsoft Office suite and experience with Microsoft Project.
