Marin Software provides a browser-based, enterprise-class paid search managemnt application for advertisers and agencies. Designed for those who are spending at least 100,000 monthly on paid search, Marin Search Marketer addresses the workflow, analysis, and optimization needs for large-scale SEM campaign, saving time and improving financial performance. Over 150 customers collectively manage in excess of 700 million of annual search spend via Marin's application. Customers include University of Phoenix, NeoOgilvy, Razorfish, Reply and ZipRealty. Marin is backed by Amicus Capital, Benchmark Capital, DAG Ventures and Focus Ventures.
Marins Client Services organization is responsible for on-boarding of client prospects as well as ongoing customer support. Marin continues to build out its Client Services group to support substantial customer growth. Our current needs are for individuals with technical skills and search marketing industry skills to be applied in on boarding and supporting Marins customers.
Responsibilities:
Marins Product Specialists support our on boarding process which features full integration with Marin Search Marketer during our fully functioning trial. The on boarding process requires Client Services personnel to work directly with our prospects to understand their approach to paid search marketing. This knowledge is then used to assist and evaluate Marins configuration to optimize their program goals via bid reviews, performing account check-ins, and channeling customer feedback.
Marins Client Services portal is our primary support environment and all client services personnel take an active role in overseeing, creating and managing its resources.
Product Specialists also provide feedback to improve Marins search management product and the overall Client Services experience.
Position reports to the Director of Client Services and works closely with Sales and Product groups.
Qualifications:
Required Skills/Experience:
One or more years experience in Paid Search with Google, Yahoo and MSN, including:
Campaign setup
Optimizing bids
Statistical analysis
Analysis of market trends & competition
Reporting
Experienced in online marketing via paid search, affiliate marketing, banner advertising, SEO, etc.
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Strong computer skills, including Salesforce.com, Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel
Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
Compensation:
Full-time salaried position with incentive performance component compensation dependent on prior experience. Position includes equity participation and comprehensive benefits (healthcare, vision and dental). Marin Software pays market leading compensation for top performers.
