Caradigm is launching software development efforts to create a Population Health Management System that responds to the healthcare reform globally. Caradigm is partnering with an industry leader and pioneer of Accountable Care Organizations (ACO) to develop a transformative and groundbreaking set of solutions that will empower providers, patients and communities to affect high quality care through efficient and cost effective means in this new era of high performance healthcare.
The Senior Clinical Product Manager will: 1) lead the clinical strategic vision for Caradigm population management solutions and 2) guide the development of the clinical aspects of the application and ensure its usability and safety in practice. The Senior Clinical Product Manager will lead the development of information reconciliation algorithms, the design of clinical workflows and the clinical features of Caradigm Population Health Management software solutions. The Senior Clinical Product Manager will monitor and keep up to date on the rapidly changing healthcare markets and healthcare reform initiatives.
Essential Responsibilities:
? Setting clinical vision and strategy for population health management systems at Caradigm
? Close collaboration with marketing team to ensure market opportunities and needs are reflected in product plans and requirements
? Working with customers on requirements
? Conducting product research to further understand the competitive profile for the segment worldwide and opportunities for growth
? Ensuring customer focus by communicating and building rapport with customers as required and ensuring the ?voice of the customer? is reflected in work processes
Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
? MD, DO or equivalent
? Minimum five (5) years experience of working in hospital IT setting or an HIT vendor
? Knowledge of clinical terminologies (e.g. First Data Bank, RxNorm, ICD 9, ICD 10, LOINC etc.)
? Ability to communicate using English and/or local language
? Experience with software development lifecycle
? Experience with clinical analytics (e.g., utilization reports, HEDIS reports, PQRI reports or similar)
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence at all levels in the organization
? Demonstrated ability to excel in a global matrix organization
? Analytic, creative and business focused leadership
