Senior Commercial Analytics Manager EnVivo Pharmaceuticals
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Senior Commercial Analytics Manager will be responsible for the execution of business analytics for the Commercial team and Business Development initiatives. This role will also be responsible for strategic market analyses through the integration of secondary data analytics and primary market research to facilitate key business decisions.
Primary Position Responsibilities:
Develop rigorous, fact-based analyses to assist in the evaluation of the company?s strategic initiatives and develop recommendations.
Develop, execute and update various analytics (i.e., compliance, persistency, APLD patient flow) to support Commercial analyses.
Understanding and integration of secondary healthcare data, competitive intelligence, primary market research and other data inputs to create full therapeutic area insights.
Develop/integrate metrics for tracking performance and ROIs of commercial initiatives.
Develop, monitor, and analyze performance data and market trends to identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and performance of the commercial brands.
Ensuring cross functional communication and alignment to maximize impact of insights on strategic issues.
A Bachelor?s degree with a concentration in a quantitative field (e.g. finance, mathematics, or statistics), advanced degree preferred.
Eight+ years of experience with a minimum of 3-5 years? experience in pharma/biotech industry performing forecasting, business analytics or consulting role is required.
Advanced Excel skills a must.
Direct experience working with secondary healthcare data.
Experience with SQL programming language or similar; basic level programing and/or SAS programming skills with an understanding of SQL.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, identify key issues and value drivers, and translate strategic insights into an appropriate analytic framework.
In-depth understanding of the economics of pharmaceutical and biotechnology R&D as well as the regulatory and market dynamics that affect these industries.
Significant experience conducting complex analytic assignments in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and drive processes to completion.
Ability to think strategically and develop new techniques or approaches as dictated by the business.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with an established ability to effectively communicate to a diverse audience.
