The Senior Community Manager at Reputation.com will:
Manage daily social media activities for Reputation.com?s social accounts
Help shape and execute social media strategy with the oversight of the Public Relations Director and other stakeholders.
Implement a meaningful social metrics program at Reputation.com
Create and sustain engaged and active online communities in Reputation.com?s verticals
Lead the development of marketing personas and related social marketing campaigns.
Write and/or oversee creation of blog content
Identify and develop novel ways to grow audience volume and participation using new apps and tactics.
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience growing and engaging followers on multiple social platforms.
Examples of successful social media campaigns, complete with metrics and tactics.
Excellent writing skills ? technically spot-on and creative/flexible to excite various audiences.
A focus on collaboration.
A college degree from an accredited university or college in a related field (e.g. English, communications, journalism).
