Responsibilities:
Support all project related activities in creating workable solutions enabling customers to achieve business objectives. This includes complete involvement in discovery sessions and taking the lead in documenting each discovery session, leading specific sessions as appropriate. On-going specific day-to-day activities might involve design, prototype development, application configuration/integration, conference room pilots, documentation, testing, and training. In executing these tasks, the Senior Consultant must be able to utilize personal experience, knowledge of industry best practices to influence your clients during application implementation.
Ensure customer is educated on Adexa service offerings, be prepared to articulate how solution sets could fit into their business environment and the associated impacts youve seen on other accounts in the areas of demand planning, supply chain planning, master production scheduling, order fulfillment, etc. for leading manufacturing companies.
The Senior Consultant will work closely with a Manager or Project Manager to develop a quality baseline project plan and take ownership and initiative of execution of weekly project tasks.
Requirements:
Senior Consultant must have more than 3 years of experience to SCM software through practical hands-on experience. Must be willing to travel 80 and assume the responsibilities of extensive travel. Must have understanding/experience of business processes in key industries such as Semiconductor, high tech, automotive, or exposure to discrete and continuous manufacturing principles. Strong technical skills with data integration (SQL, OLAP, TCL) and business process (Finite planning & scheduling, MES, MRP). Role requires effective communication skills in terms of both verbal presentation of material, ability to articulate the proposed/agreed solution, and in listening to customer feedback and translating that into professional response/action plans. Finally, must have motivation, ingenuity, and confidence to succeed in this demanding industry.
Education:
BS/MS in MIS, CS, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, and/or related fields
