LogRhythm is seeking a Senior Contract Recruiter that will play a crucial role in facilitating our growth. This individual will report to the Recruiting Manager and be responsible for the full life cycle recruiting efforts within specific groups of the organization. This is an opportunity to gain experience with one of the true success stories in the Boulder/Denver tech community.
Partner with hiring managers to facilitate a strategic, effective and efficient recruiting process.
Manage the entire recruiting life cycle from creating job descriptions in concert with hiring managers through sourcing, candidate assessment, and offers.
Leverage a variety of tools and sources including the internet, job boards, databases, employee referrals, etc. to attract qualified candidates.
Recruit effectively against measurable metrics and industry benchmarks.
Function as an in-house consultant and subject matter expert in recruitment.
Effectively support the needs of multiple internal clients and manage against tight hiring deadlines for critical business roles.
Manage the Applicant Tracking System.
7 + years of years full life cycle recruiting experience within a corporate environment
Experience working in a startup or small company environment.
Complete understanding of the recruiting discipline as it relates to a small, fast growing organization.
Extensive experience cold calling and direct sourcing
Comfortable with performing extensive market research
Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality results and utilize intelligent business approaches to identify & attract high quality candidates.
Ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Experience with Internet & Direct Sourcing is required.
Deep understanding and consistent use of an Applicant Tracking System.
Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent experience.
