We are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and play a significant role in helping Goodreads meet aggressive hiring goals. We are a fully funded technology startup headquartered in downtown San Francisco.
You will partner with our hiring managers in attracting, sourcing, screening and landing top talent. Your focus may be on technical or nontechnical openings based on your experience and interests.
Job Description:
Proactively partner with hiring managers throughout the entire process - from defining job requirements and recruitment strategies to making the offer
Source highly talented candidates using multiple sources and advanced techniques
Screen, interview, qualify and refer candidates
Manage all candidate communications with a high-touch style and provide an excellent candidate experience
Contribute to business and team results
Requirements:
Successful track record in sourcing and landing top quality candidates
Successful track record managing the full, life-cycle recruitment process
Experience and understanding of technology and roles within a user facing, social networking, ecommerce site
Ability to assess candidate skills and experience, and match to requirements and Company culture
Creativity in applying recruiting tools and methodologies
Strong computer skills and knowledge of of advanced recruiting technologies
Self-starter, results oriented
Great organizational skills
We prefer candidates who are passionate about discovering, reading and sharing books
