Sr. Contracts Manager
ServiceSource International has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sr. Contracts Manager to join our corporate legal team. This position will work closely with Sales, Sales Ops, Revenue Recognition, Finance and other members of the Legal department to draft, review and negotiate services, consulting, marketing, vendor, nondisclosure, licensing, and other commercial and technology related contracts while keeping a keen eye out for issues that need further business or legal scrutiny. Additionally the Sr. Contracts Manager will have the opportunity to work closely with other members of the Legal team to develop and improve standard contracts, applicable forms, processes and procedures.
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating software and professional services contracts.
Worked closely with customer and partner procurement departments.
Manage and facilitate various aspects of the contract process
Develop and implement contract management policies and procedures.
Education and experience requirements:
Bachelor's degree + Paralegal Certificate or JD a plus.
Five + years of contract review, negotiation & drafting a wide variety of commercial and technology related agreements at law firms and/or technology companies
Ability to organize, prioritize and manage deadlines.
Strong communication, organizational skills and attention to detail
Exceptional interpersonal skills needed to interact across all levels of the organization
Desire and ability to work in a high-growth environment
Outstanding business judgment with the ability to think strategically and give practical advice
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
Must be competent with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Outlook and Excel.
Must be extremely pro-active, self-sufficient, organized and able to exercise sound professional legal and business judgment.
Sense of urgency & excellent conflict resolution skills.
