Promote, excite, entertain, motivate, and persuade consumer behavior through the written word. Our platforms include microsites, social networks, mobile communication, and media channels. The Senior Copywriter be responsible for everything from sweepstakes website copy, marketing banners, loyalty programs, quizzes/trivia, interstitials, emails and tons more through our interactive experiences. "Fast paced" is a bit of an understatement at ePrize! The Senior Copywriter should be prepared to jump in and lead the way with compelling, smart copy and exemplary time management skills. Client calls are a daily constant, so experience and eloquence in this area is a must. And last but not least, the Senior Copywriter will serve as a resident expert on grammar, style, consumer usability and best practices for our team and our clients.
Versatile, versatile, versatile. We are looking for someone who can easily transition from one topic and style to the next without batting an eye. We're talking diapers to energy bars, monster trucks to the latest movie premiere, and way beyond. Anything goes and our ideal candidate will happily go along with it.
Brainstorming and collaborating with Designers, Account Team, and Strategy to develop unique ideas based on client goals.
The world of online engagement moves at light speed ? We need someone who can stay on top of the latest trends.
There's never a dull moment at ePrize! When the Senior Copywriter is not writing, they will be sprucing, researching, editing, and/or reviewing various marketing materials, sales pitches, and other projects.
Champion the client's brand with an eye on business goals.
Work directly with Designers, Producers, and clients to produce copy that educates and motivates customers while reinforcing promotion objectives.
Identify, document and maintain client best practices and legal guidelines.
Management of projects and schedules and opportunity to manage team members.
Job Specifications and Competencies:
Bachelor of Arts in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field
Hands-on contributor with 8+ years of experience in interactive marketing and/or advertising
Must exhibit exemplary time management skills and ability to work autonomously in deadline driven atmosphere
Superior knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation
Portfolio demonstrating highly creative work as well as campaigns across digital and mobile channels for national or international brands or campaigns
Strong creative and conceptual thinker
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Personnel management skills are a plus
And, of course, you need to be nice and have a sense of humor
