The Senior Corporate Paralegal will be responsible for supporting the Legal team, specifically the activities of attorneys and other paralegals in a fast-growing Legal Department.
-Prepare, maintain and manage corporate/legal records, documents and entity information for all corporate subsidiaries (foreign and domestic).
-Assist and complete state and foreign annual and other filings.
-Assist with corporate governance related documents including drafting minutes, consents, and secretary and incumbency certificates.
-Manage corporate compliance calendar.
-Assist with ongoing securities laws and regulatory compliance for products and facility operations.
-Assist in deploying and administering company policies and programs.
-Assist in litigation matters.
-General corporate housekeeping, including filing and corporate correspondence.
-Support attorneys, senior paralegals, and other legal team members on various corporate transactions and other projects as needed.
-Work with various business groups in the company, such as Finance, Quality, Service and Tax, both domestically and internationally.
-Assist and prepare routine immigration filings, verifications and records retention.
-Assist with various administrative duties and tasks and be flexible to take on new tasks and challenges.
-Bachelor's degree with strong Academic record.
-At least 5 years of paralegal experience in a law firm and in-house legal department.
-High moral character and ability to hold access to sensitive materials and information.
-Strong work ethic with a goal oriented focus as well as flexibility to take on new areas of responsibilities.
-Superior analytical, written and oral communication skills.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-Strong interpersonal skills required, with a clear interest in becoming an integral part of a legal and business team.
-Ability to quickly learn new skills and provide high energy to the team.
-Excellent judgment and ability to execute and deliver in a rapid, fast-paced business environment in a timely manner.

-Detail oriented and able to prioritize.
-Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
