The Senior Creative Designer is a graphic and data visualization guru who can work seamlessly between the world of web design and presentation materials. You will be joining the buuteeq Marketing team and will be responsible for providing brand alignment and overall improved user experience to all materials created by the marketing team. Responsibilities
Setting design direction based on a keen understanding of customer and company needs, design best practices, and technology constraints.
Designs art and copy layouts for materials such as publications, brochures, logos, flyers, posters, booklets, whitepapers, slide presentations, and web sites.
Illustrates custom graphics, charts, or design elements.
Prepares presentation graphics for slides and slide imaging.
Reviews team work and suggests improvements.
Assists in quality control by proofing final artwork before submission.
Creates samples of finished layout and presents to client or supervisor for approval.
Sets production schedules and deadlines for design projects.
Creating photoshop comps from the guidance in rough drafts and style guides.
Collaborating to develop concepts and execute solutions.
Working independently while maintaining clear and frequent communication.
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
2+ years design experience
Good oral, written, and interpersonal skills
A clean, modern design sensibility
A command of typography, color, composition, hierarchy, and an understanding of how these elements work together for a design solution
The ability to create multiple and iterative solutions that meet business and communication objectives
Fluency in the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator
Proficiency in HTML5/CSS3 and responsive design
Interest in and knowledge of current web and mobile design best practices
Knowledge of HTML Email templates desired
Portfolio and Graphic Design samples will be required
