Our Senior Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for the execution of our demand generation go-to-market strategy. The Sr. Manager will work closely with marketing and sales teams and will actively participate in social media activities and key thought leadership initiatives. This position will report to the Director of Product Marketing and Demand Generation.
--Design, execute and optimize integrated B2B marketing campaigns, leveraging email marketing automation, online advertising and social marketing
--Report and analyze social, digital and email demand generation campaigns, closed loop reporting and ROI.
--Measure and monitor funnel and conversion activity to facilitate predictable pipeline growth
--Work with internal and external resources to create compelling content and assets (email messages, landing pages, webinars, whitepapers, e-books, etc.)
--Work with internal external resources to manage online advertising campaigns and social media lead generation
--Apply best practices and analyze response to optimize all aspects of demand generation: manage lead database quality, un-subscribes/opt-outs, and list purchases
--Facilitate a strong working relationship with sales
--Knowledge of best practices in B2B marketing automation, demand generation, and rules-based lead nurturing
--5+ years of acquisition B2B marketing experience, preferably with a SAAS company
--Strong analytic capability with over 2 years of response analysis experience
--Demonstrated proficiency with multiple formats of demand generation, including, but not limited to email, website, PPC, SEO, Social
--Experience executing lead scoring and nurturing programs
--Experience with database management functions, including list management, cleansing, de-duplication, data validation, segmentation, tagging, custom report creation and import/export of CRM data
--Experience with targeting, segmenting and profiling of prospects and customers
--Experience writing and presenting ROI-driven marketing campaign plans
--Solid communication skills - both written and oral
--Outstanding attention to detail with superior time and project management skills
--Bachelor's degree required. Completion of an undergraduate program in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or Public Relations preferred.
